Sydvestor AS is a Norwegian investment banking firm, headquartered in Ulsteinvik, Norway and incorporated under Norwegian laws. The business is licensed and supervised by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (”Finanstilsynet”). Sydvestor AS was established in 1998.

The business is organised as a limited company with Nordvestor Aktiv AS as the  majority shareholder holding 58% of the shares.  Nordvestor Aktiv AS has shared ownership by the Directors/ Partners employed by Sydvestor AS.

The business vision is to be an independent and innovative investment firm, rooted in Norway and in the Norwegian securities market.
